All ages and levels of experience are welcome, from beginners to experienced Scottish Country dancers. Come and experience the fun and laughter of Scottish Country dancing. Our approach aligns with that of Gay Gordons London - we offer a warm welcome to everyone. All we ask is that if you come to one of our classes then you are happy to dance with everyone, be it man with man, woman with woman, or man with woman.
Our tutor for most classes is Scottish Country dance tutor Tim Bolton-Maggs. He will run the evenings, providing tuition on the various dances, dance steps and step practice.
Since we have now established ourselves more formally and adopted a constitution, we are asking people to complete a membership form (minimal detail) when joining. However we encourage non members to come to the classes and try them out.
COST - You can join for the whole term or turn up any Monday and pay on the door - £4.00 per session for non members and a slightly reduced rate for members.
WHERE - St Stephens Centre, Stockbridge, Edinburgh EH3
